These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, online store, and related services operated by Styled Together LLC (“Styled Together,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including purchases made through our Shopify-powered store (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting our website, browsing our store, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Use of Our Services

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor using the Services with your permission.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our website or Services:

Styled Together offers apparel, accessories, and related merchandise through our online store. All products, product descriptions, images, colors, sizing information, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colors, textures, or product details displayed on your device will be perfectly accurate due to differences in screens, lighting, or manufacturing variations.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify or discontinue products at any time;
  • limit the quantities of any product sold;
  • refuse or cancel any order at our discretion;
  • correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability, even after an order has been submitted.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and shipping information. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other clearly disclosed fees.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • payment cannot be processed;
  • billing or shipping information is incomplete or suspicious;
  • we suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or unauthorized use of a payment method;
  • a pricing or inventory error occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been submitted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase products from Styled Together. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to review, accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

We may cancel or limit an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • product unavailability;
  • suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
  • inaccurate pricing or product information;
  • suspected resale activity;
  • shipping restrictions;
  • errors in the order details.

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion of the order.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping times, delivery estimates, and fulfillment timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Styled Together is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

The risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to the customer upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, store credits, exchanges, and non-returnable items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order with Styled Together, you agree to the return and refund terms posted on our website at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits that do not comply with our stated policy or that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, alteration, or fraud.

7. Accounts and Customer Information

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account and device. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update your information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders if we believe account information is false, misleading, used for fraud, or otherwise violates these Terms.

8. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, gift cards, bundles, launch offers, or other incentives. Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be combined with other offers;
  • promotions have no cash value;
  • discounts apply only during the promotional period;
  • we reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time;
  • misuse of promotional codes may result in cancellation of the order or deactivation of the promotion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services, including but not limited to our brand name, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, images, product names, product descriptions, text, layout, website content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Styled Together LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property, trademark, copyright, and unfair competition laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, display, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of our Services or brand materials without our prior written permission.

10. User Content and Reviews

If you submit a review, photo, testimonial, tag us on social media, or otherwise provide content to us (“User Content”), you represent that:

  • you own or control the rights to that content;
  • the content is accurate and does not violate any law or third-party rights;
  • the content is not false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise unlawful.

By submitting User Content to us or tagging our brand in a way that invites reposting, you grant Styled Together LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, adapt, distribute, and share that content for marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, website, and business purposes, unless prohibited by law.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or refuse User Content at our discretion.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may include links to third-party websites, payment providers, social media platforms, applications, or tools that are not owned or controlled by Styled Together. We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or operation of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

STYLED TOGETHER LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • defects will be corrected;
  • the website or servers are free of viruses or harmful components;
  • product descriptions, colors, inventory, or pricing will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLED TOGETHER LLC, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLED TOGETHER LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STYLED TOGETHER FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Styled Together LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your misuse of the Services;
  • your violation of any law or third-party rights;
  • any User Content you submit.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services, purchases, or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
